Heifers worked through the yards well with not much fuss until one heifer that was removed from assessment stirred up. This then heated up the heifers left in assessment and they rushed about the yards with her. Without the other heifer in mob these should all settle down to be no trouble to handle.

A nice line of EU black & black baldy heifers that are ideal to join or feed on. These heifers are ready to go forward for their next owner with age on their side. The Buckley family have been breeding Hereford cattle for decades on Kookara with these being mostly out of those cows sired by a Kidman Angus bull.

P303 has been a very successful donor for us and is a prolific egg producer, averaging over nine eggs per flush conventional. Her eleven sons that have gone through the sale have consistently featured in our top pens. P303 is the most impressive cow in the flesh showing phenomenal capacity, consistent with Premier Guardian and the renowned Premier Jestress H66 cow in her paternal pedigree. Her eggs raised $5050 each by Rob and Tania Jarret in 2022 at the Molong Flood Charity Auction and we raised over $20,000 for flood victims in all. Her current bull calf by Rambo is an absolute ripper. Her maternal aunt is Lot 4, with both her and P303’s dam out of G117, sister to D71 who is the dam of H215.
