Weaners flowed through the yards well at assessment being drafted prior to being put up the race to be weighed. There were a few weaners that stirred in the crush or in smaller yard with pressure but settled once back with the mob. Overall weaners handled well.

Assessor Comments
Buyers 3 Decks of PCAS eligible lightweight Droughtmaster & Droughtmaster X weaner steers that present in fresh store condition & are best described as being medium to large frame. Steers have been weaned in two stages with 50% weaned over the last week being fed hay in yards and the other 50% weaned in March being tailed out with bikes, horses and dogs. Steers show plenty of bone, length & frame that are ready to see good compensatory gain on improved pastures. This a good even line of weaner steers that will continue to grow out to good heavy feeders or Ox. In this lot buyers please note there are 3 x family marks on cattle but have all been bred on the property. Steers have no weight and are all frame for gain.
