Very quiet and easily handled for fresh second day weaners. Noticeably settling due to additional handling from weaning, cross branding, drafting and weighing in the short window. They move easily without too much rush or flight through the race and gates internally with minimal steadying required. Overall very quiet for their level of education to date.

Very good quality Santa & Santa cross mixed sex weaners from a large frame Santa & Santa cross cow herd. Calves that are soft and show very good bone, length and style with many heifers suitable to retain as replacements - no heifers have been retained. Bimerah is in a herd building programme having purchased 2 mobs of cows in April & July - the weaners have been cross branded & vaccinated with 5 in 1 at weaning. The cows are very good quality & quiet.
74 Steers 176-310kg av: 232kg 58 heifers 174-300kg av: 228kg. 9 with minor ringworm. The weaners will be on very good quality green Vetch hay ad lib & dosed with Beachport whilst in hand.
