For young cattle that had just been drafted off mum they handled very well. Handled well through the yards with no fuss and were happy to go up the race and be weighed. 1 got a little agitated in crush but very quickly settled once he was back with his mates.

Assessor Comments
15 top quality Angus steers. Steers were weaned at assessment and will be yard weaned prior to delivery. Steers are very fresh and mothers have done a great job on them. Steers are 10-11 months old and have done very well in that time. I would imagine steers will loose a little bit of freshness by delivery given they are very fresh now. Out of large frame Angus cows that were bought in 2 years ago. 2 bulls were used with one being a Pharo Angus bull and the other 's bloodline is unknown. At assessment steers had a weight range of 351-423kg to avg 382.1kg. I deal steers to take home and either finish for the trade or quickly turn around into a feedlot article. Please note some steers have some mud on legs and underline that can be seen in video and pictures. Young steers you can buy with confidence. Vendor has 8 Heifers sisters in the same sale.
