A tidy line of number 1 (41%) & 2 (59%) heifers (6 -13 month old). 70% display hump with balance having minimal or no hump. Heifers weighed 170kg to 250kg. They are a complete line of first round weaners from 2021/22. Vendor has not keep replacement heifers from group. Sale only due to de-stocking with seasonal conditions. Assumed too light to conceive. Weights 25% x 170­ to 190kg, 20% x 191kg to 200kg, 40% 201kg to 220kg, 15% 221kg plus. Colour: 29 % grey, 8% honey, 14% brown/brindle, 21% red & 13% black, 13% creamy, 2% other. Heifers are generally quiet to handle. small number display small flybite, aprox under 10 hd. Approximately 20% tail end in quality in this mob of some lighter bone & frame. 70% suitable for breeding. Number 2 heifers in this mob are only weaned for 1 week. They have settled down well & vendor is continuing to tail & weaner handle. Half of this mob have been regularly rotated through paddocks since weaning. Well suited to breed, background or pasture fattening.

Cattle are vendor bred on property however are generally out of purchased cows from varying places. Therefore consistency of breed & quality is not uniform throughout.

Generally weaners have been sired by quality, local stud bloodlines, including Charbray, Brangus and brahman bulls.

Grazing on light timbered country with an abundance of buffel grass & summer herbages.

These are second round weaned from September 2021 and a line of 1 week in yard fresh weaners from January 2022. Oldest heifer in group is 13 months. These are an undrafted line of our Weaner heifers. No heifers in herd are retained for replacement.

Heifers are not intensionally joined. It would be assumed that heifers in this line are not at conception weight, as highest weight is under 260kg
