There is a range of temperament in the steers from quiet through to stirry when handling in the yards or in the crush. The stirry ones appear to have been bred on the Wee Waa property and would benefit from some extra handling. As a group they stood relatively quietly for inspection in the yards and for the photos. NOTE: One steer was pulled out of the line after the photos and videos were taken. He is one of the better looking black baldy dehorned steers.

Good to very good quality young steers, well grown for age and with 17% very large, 67% large and 16% medium frame. Live weight range at assessment 305-410kg 17 hours off feed. The majority are showing European breed characteristics with heavy bone, elevated muscling (on most) and large frame. They look to be very growthy steers and would suit to take to the heavy end of export feeder weights or the heavy end of export slaughter weights. Note temperament scores and comment.
