Steers were assessed straight after mustering, would rush towards open gateways, although would block and respect people in the yards, worked well through an old crush and force yard, tended to rush but would settle when released back into main mob in larger yards. No malice was shown throughout the assessment.

A line of flatback Steers, weighing from 303-456kg to average 358kg full, with a projected delivery weight of 340kg and present in a store condition. Steers have been bred on lighter country to the East of Tenterfield which has been exceptionally wet for the last 12 months, hindering these steers greatly. Steers have recently been drenched and given a multimin and will respond quickly to a dry paddock and improved nutrition and protein. To assist with transport the Vendor will deliver to the Tenterfield Saleyards, a minimum 48 hours notice is required.
