Here's a neat line of heavy backgrounder steers that have plenty of frame and the breeding behind them to grow out to very good quality domestic or export quality steers. These steers although started off 'a bit touchy' at the start settled down reasonably well after drafting and assessing had taken place. This is the lead of the steers, and given the right feed they look to me as though they'd perform exceptionally well. At assessment these steers had sound eyes, legs and hips.
This vendor also has a line of Charolais cross heifers available in same sale.
I recommend these steers.
