Smaller line of vendor bred Shorthorn weaner steers that weighed 176kg to 285kg to average 241.5kg following a 14 hour curfew. These steers were good to handle during assessment and drafting with our vendor normally handling their cattle with horse / vehicle / bike. Please note 1 steer has a small blight scar which was treated with Orbenin Eye Ointment at assessment. (see photo). Great opportunity to purchase well bred lighter Shorthorn weaner steers.
