Assessor Comments
A quality line of EU accredited Angus-sired yearling heifers. Heifers are 17-18 months of age and present in strong store condition. Angus x Angus heifers are bred from Ben Nevis & Rennylea blood females. All heifers are sired by Gates Performance Angus bulls. Heifers were a pleasure to handle in the yards displaying excellent temperament. Heifers have been running on unimproved native pastures and will condition up quickly given access to improved nutrition. These heifers would make ideal future breeders or could be put on crop to grow out to feeder weights or fattened for the domestic trade. Take advantage of the good season and the opportunities these heifers offer. . PLEASE NOTE: 1 heifer with old pinkeye scar in one eye (see media). Some heifers show signs of rubbing due to buffalo fly.
