Steers worked a treat around yards with the occasional steer wanting to get out of crush, quickly calming once out and in mob. Could walk amongst steers in yards, when pressure applied they would quickly get out of your way.

21 Hereford & Poll Hereford steers averaging 434kg at assessment. They have plenty of bone and frame & should really go ahead given the opportunity. They have been running on native pastures including young medics & clovers. These steers were quiet & easily handled in yards, with obviously the occasional one becoming upset on scales or in crush (quickly calming).
These steers have recently been dehorned & noticed the occasional steer had bump scab at assessment, wouldn't consider it detrimental.
All eyes on these steers appeared to be fine at assessment.
I will also scan these steers at delivery & a third party transfer will be done for NLIS at no charge.
