Cattle were very easy to handle through the yards. These steers all handled well through the race and scales with limited people to assist. Didn't identify any steers that were stiry or pushy in the race.

Very well bred line of Angus steers to suit a backgrounder or domestic feedlot. Steers show quality as well as great structure and muscling. As with most local cattle these steers are just hitting their straps as the native medics flower and the Oates begins to mature. I have indicated a weight gain of only .6 in this assessment due to extra handling, however suspect these steers are actually doing well over 1 to 1.5 kg /day.
