These heifers were very good to handle in all parts of the yards. They fed up into the crush well when being assessed. Some heifers did react negatively when being mouthed but that is not unusual for cattle. Once they were released from the head bale they settled quickly and walked back into the mob.

Buyers here is an opportunity to purchase a very good quality line of Angus heifers. These heifers would normally be kept as future breeders so will be an asset to a breeder herd. They are really powering on now with the green feed in front of them and would also be suited to the feeder market. Buyers please note. 2 heifers had blue spots and 4 heifers had cloudy blue eyes at time off assessment. The same vendor also has 26 Angus steers in the same sale.
