Steers were a pleasure to handle throughout the assessment process. All steers being weaned & duly educated. Steers flowed effortlessly through backyards & force, 1 steer become agitated in weigh station exciting with haste & continued to be alert/ agitated post assessment. Balance of Steers were quite to docile in backyards & holding paddocks, being maneuvered around by foot without issue for both videos & photos.

26 - Good quality Angus steer weaners. Steers were weighed into a 200kg to 250kg weight category.
Steers present in healthy store to forward store condition.
Steers are an exceptionally quiet mob of weaners, being yards weaned 2 weeks prior to assessment, being tailed out & broken in with horses & dogs throughout the weaning process. Being fully responsive to dogs, steers were content to stand with human interaction in paddock & walk off when required as per videos. Most steers have either dry or fresh dagg on tail.
Post weaning steers received their full health treatments as illustrated in assessment. 1 steer was noted to have slight weepy eye.
Sale of steers presents an opportunity to purchase a genuine line of vendor bred Angus steer weaners, weaned & ready to preform. Strs that will suit any form of Domestic, Export or Long Fed Angus specific markets or continue to background towards the heavier Grass Fed markets.
