Cattle were good to draft and handle during assessment, odd steer got aggitated when isolated and assessed but settled when back with the mob.

A good line of Vendor bred Shorthorn weaner steers showing good growth for age and still running on their mothers. Steers weighed 158kg to 353kg to average 276kg following a 14 hour curfew. These steers were good to handle during assessment and drafting with the vendor normally handling the cattle with horse / vehicle / bike. 2 steers with wart scars, 1 steer has had a weeping eye. Please note the calves were assessed on separate properties but will be moved to "Cooredulla" for delivery.
