29 steers really moving forward . Steers were purchased as light calves and were backgrounded over the winter and spring months on agistment, they have finished off last of oats and turnip and have been running on grass paddock for last 3 weeks.
Steers are all crosses some (10) would have Santa influence but would be considered flat backed. Nothing would be considered "Dairy"
Steers would suit most jobs if given the opportunity. They show plenty of frame and bone and would meet most market specs for local trade or carried out to heavier export job.
Please note: Various warts on 3 steers , vaccine lump on 1 steer neck , 3 steers with scurs or horns 1 has been dehorned.
Agency owners are vendors, however steers have been assessed by Tom Oakes who has no financial interest.
Vendor also offering 10 Speckle Park heifers in todays sale.
