Generally very good to handle in the yards and through the crush. Just three head would not settle in the crush during assessing but exited calmly and were nice a quiet in the yard.

Assessor Comments
A good to very good quality line of vendor bred, feeder weight heifers. These heifers were bred on the family's Tamworth property and were trucked to "Karriba" in June 2023. They have been rotated through good quality improved pastures. They have not had access to any bulls and were vendor preg tested at assessment as 100% NDP. They a mostly a Angus x Angus heifer which the Angus cross heifers showing either slight red tinge in the coat, some white on the underline or a little navel. One heifer with horns was tipped post assessment and can be removed from the line post sale if a polled line is what the buyer prefers. Please note vendor will load 32 head if only a deck fits with trucking. The heifers have a very tight weight range of 332 - 410 kg and they are ideal to take directly onto feed for the domestic grain fed market. Alternatively the top 60% would suit as very good quality future breeders. Please note trucking notice requirement for delivery days.
