Temperament not assessed in Paddock
Temperament is an absolute highlight of these heifers. All cattle flow freely through the yards and remain very sensible during weighing. While I have not personally handled them in the paddock, I have observed them being moved with a side-by-side ATV and dogs, and they remained calm and easy to handle throughout.

Assessor Comments
A well-bred line of 33 Angus x Angus heifers, vendor bred at “The Braes”, presenting in forward store condition. Weights range from 350 kg to 452 kg, with an average liveweight of 388 kg at assessment. The heifers represent the later portion of the 2024 spring drop and are by Bowen Angus sires out of quality Coffin Creek, Onslow, and Millah Murrah dams, reflecting depth of genetics. These heifers are up to date with animal health and exhibit good bone, frame, and softness, with a very sound temperament and consistent type. Ideal to take through to domestic feeders or finished slaughter, and well suited to either grass or grain programs.
