Temperament not assessed in Paddock
Very good to handle in and through the yards. Five heifers were mildly agitated in and exiting the crush - they just wouldn't settle completely in the crush. They were fine once back in the yards and very good to handle. Educated to electric fences in paddocks.

Assessor Comments
A mostly good to very good quality line of medium to large frame Angus yearling heifers. 35 of the 38 are vendor bred by Booroomooka and Bulliac Angus bulls with three purchased head Pine Creek Angus genetics. They have been on oats since early July and have done well and are continuing to move forward. They are located 5km south of Moonie only 500 metres off the highway and are very accessible for any trucks moving north and south. Two heifers noted with mild blue eye spot in one eye. They were excellent to handle in the yards and suit to take directly onto feed for a range of high quality slaughter markets. Please note the vendor bred heifers are definitely grain and HGP free and suit grassfed markets. If being purchased to join, please note that two heifers (Tag S22 and 109) have been identified as freemartins and can be removed from the line post sale at the buyers request. Please note another line of Angus cross feeder weight heifers from this property listed in the same sale.
