Annual sale of "Forest Lodge" weaner steers. These steers are by Eaglehawk and Mountain Valley Angus sires. Steers were off feed overnight before weighing. Steers present in fresh store condition. These steers were weaned on 21/02/2022 and will remain in yards on good vetch and clover hay until delivery. Most steers appear to have self weaned with very little bellow in them. The Steers handled well through the yards and will continue with more training until delivery. A great chance to buy excellent quality steers showing good frame and no fat.
Please note; there are two steers in this lot showing warts. one steer showing pink eye but has been treated with orbinen at assessment and will continue to be treated until delivery. One steer with a blue dot in both eyes but not affecting sight. One steer with white stripe from purse to back of pizzle. 33 lighter steers from the same vendor also in this sale
