Paddock
Temperament not assessed in Paddock
Steers certainly had some rush about them in the yards, especially through gates etc. With several becoming highly agitated when pressure was applied. Observed 1 steer becoming aggressive through fence in force yard. Steers young age & the fact they have only been in yards once at marking may have played a part. Steers should become easier with more handling. Steers defiantly walked up race and the majority stood on scales without much fuss.

Assessor Comments
39 unweaned Speckle Park steers 238-359kg at assessment. Steers should not disappoint given the right opportunity. Plenty of bone and shape to these steers. Steers are still running on their mothers and will be weaned onto truck at delivery. Steers are by good quality Speckle Park bulls and out of the Speckle Park Angus (F1 cow). Please note 2 steers are fully black in colour, the remainder are speckle. Please note as agent steers will be scanned and NLIS transfer will be done free of charge (Third Party).
