These steers moved very well through the yards. This being only the second time yarded in their lives. Only the old steer stired briefly on the scales but settled quickly once back in mob.

Assessor Comments
A very attractive line of 42 young steers from a renowned and very well known herd. These steers display very good shape, length and bone. Bred out of large frame, heavy bone home bred cows - a portion of these cows are 75% Angus and 25% Santa, hence the reason why some steers are showing some extra skin underneath. Sired by high performance Angus sires. They are well grown, with great thickness and frame. They will suit a wide variety of markets - feedlots, crop finishers or grow out to be finished as bullocks. These young steers are antibiotic free and pasture fed - suitable for grass fed markets. Good to handle and sensible to work through the yards. They are fresh in condition and should continue to thrive. 3 Black baldy steers in mob. NB vendor has another 41 Angus steers in same sale averaging 217kg.
