Steers worked well through yards and were a pleasure to handle. A small percentage became unsettled in the crush when being weighed and mouthed but settled once back with others. Cattle are well educated due to a thorough weaning process.

Buyers on offer are 44 GQ Brahman milk tooth steers that present in store condition. These steers show very good weight for age with plenty of bone and shape and will power ahead on feed for intending purchases. These steers would be ideal to put away on an oats crop to take through to heavy feeder weighs or feed to take through to kill weights. Cattle are very tidy around the heads and have been very well dehorned. These steers were purchased of the Nelsen family at Hughenden "Camden park" in early January 2022. Nelisen's have been breeding quality Brahman cattle for many years and buying top quality bulls at selected stud sales. Please note one steer with minor warts at assessment. *Vendors family have another lot in same sale, Steers were drafted run out the gate when purchased in two even lots as a 44/43*. These cattle are sought after by pervious purchasers and come highly recommended.
