A good quality line of crossbred steers presenting in forward store condition. These steers were originally intended to be carried through to heavier feeder weights; however, due to seasonal conditions they are being offered earlier than planned. Steers weigh from 309kg to 408kg to average 365.5kg (2 hours off feed). A handy, even line that will continue to perform and grow out well given the opportunity. Suitable for backgrounders or feeder operators looking to secure cattle with solid weight and growth potential. We are very proud of Donor Jean P303 – the mother ship. Jean B21’s progeny directly shows the power and consistency of our cow lines here with 9 lots represented. P303 has been a very successful donor for us and is a prolific egg producer, averaging over nine eggs per flush conventional. Her eleven sons that have gone through the sale have consistently featured in our top pens. P303 is the most impressive cow in the flesh showing phenomenal capacity, consistent with Premier Guardian and the renowned Premier Jestress H66 cow in her paternal pedigree. Her eggs raised $5050 each by Rob and Tania Jarret in 2022 at the Molong Flood Charity Auction and we raised over $20,000 for flood victims in all.
