Typical of unweaned cattle. I would suggest buyers give these calves adequate weaning program. Cows are very quiet.

Assessor Comments
57 **EU** & **Grass fed Eligible** un-weaned Angus steers 7/8 months of age, these calves are a credit to the Powell family to present so well in a tough season. They stand on good bone with plenty of depth. These calves carry a wealth of breeding with genetics from Kilburnie, Highrent, Ben Nevis and Jowra Agus studs used in the herd. These steers would suits a range of markets from feedlot to domestic or export processor weights. Traditionally they would be weaned onto oats and sold to repeat feedlot buyers. We have always received good feedback from said buyers. Please note these steers will be weaned onto the trucks with a one day delivery period. Odd steer with a blue eye. Vendor also has 9 Angs x Angus/Hereford steers in the same sale.
