Quality run of Santa & Hereford Cross Feeders. Quiet steers that spent the summer on the road so they’ve had plenty of handling. Had 6 weeks on the oats & are really doing with the sun on their backs! Drenched & vaccinated onto oats but some rub marks still evident. Bovilis MH-IBR treated day of assessment with sufficient time allowed prior to delivery for booster shot. I would consider 1 steer pastoral type, but the remainder stand on good bone, with further feed will reach export weights. 1 steer blue eye (photo). Located between Tamworth & Gunnedah for ease of transport to link up with trucks from markets.
