HEIFERS FLOWED THROUGH THE RACE AND CRUSH FREELY. HEIFERS TENDED TO BECOME AGITATED IN THE CONFINES OF THE CRUSH BUT SETTLE WELL RETURNED TO THE MOB. HEIFERS NEEDED SLOWING THROUGH GATEWAYS AND WHEN MOVING THROUGH THE BIG YARDS. HEIFERS ARE SENSITIVE TO PRESSURE IN THE YARDS. HEIFERS WERE TAILED DOWN THE LANEWAY POST ASSESSMENT AND LOOOKED GOOD TO HANDLE IN THE PADOCK WITH BIKES AND DOGS.
