Temperament not assessed in Paddock
Cattle were generally very good to handle in the yards and through the race and crush. 6 heifers were slightly agitated in and exiting the crush and just would not fully settle while being assessed in the crush. They were excellent to handle in the yards. They are used to electric fences as they are run in a cell grazing operation.

Assessor Comments
A mostly good to very good quality line of Vet preg tested empty heifers. These heifers are a mix of heifers that were weaned on the property with the majority purchased out of Yass sale in early April 2025. All purchased heifers were mouthed at assessment with all being good solid milk tooths with one heifer just starting to show some seperation and wear on milk teeth. They are medium to large frame and suit to either grass, crop or grain finish for a range of high quality slaughter markets. The heifers have moved ahead on native and improved pastures over winter and are just starting to hit their straps now. The season in the district is marginal so these are being offered for sale. Two heifers noted with slight blue eye in one eye and three heifers with small number of warts on face. The heifers were all PG at purchase, are unjoined and have been Vet Preg Tested NDP for buyer confidence. This is the lighter two decks of five decks of heifers in this sale.
