Steers were well educated & quiet to handle throughout the assessment process. Steers flowed easily throughout the force yards & weigh station. 2 Steers became agitated in weigh station, exiting with haste. Steers were again comfortable in our presence in the back yards being maneuvered around on foot without issue for photos & video purposes.

Steers are the lead draft of the 2023 drop steer weaners, presenting in healthy fresh forward condition.
Steers are currently on the cow to be weaned at delivery.
Temperament was a feature when assessing steers, being well handled & educated. Steers were quite to handle prior to & post assessment.
1 Steer was noted to have a lazy ear, resulting from tag application.
1 steer was noted to have healing pink eye, steer was retreated at assessment as a precautionary measure.
