The steers were good to handle in and through the yards. Three became slightly stirry when standing in the crush and two became very agitated when being mouthed in the crush and all exited quickly. Two head didn't like much pressure in the bigger yards but were settled when not isolated. Nothing aggressive in the mob.

A good to very good line of medium to large frame soft feeder steers. They are a mix of good quality southern bred Angus cross. Hereford and Poll Hereford steers with some British x Euro and British x Bos Indicus steers. They were all mouthed as assessment with 59 x solid milk tooth and 8 head just breaking 2T or with 2T and solid milk teeth either side (3 strs were missed at mouthing but will be 0T based on their mob ID). The HFD steers have been pre treated with one shot of Bovilis MH + IBR on the 20th November - ID's available. Drafted into a tight weight range with any over weight or 4T plus steers removed from the line. These are ideal heavy feeder steers to fill any gaps in a feeding program in late December or early January and buyer confidentiality is assured. The steers are a c/kg live weight sale with an extended delivery option available.
