Assessor Comments
Excellent quality line of well bred Angus feeder steers. These steers are a great representation of the Angus breed and are bred from one of the better Angus herds in the Tumut region. The Shore steers are well sort after by feedlots and bullock finishes. With having great feedback from past buyers on their doing ability and temperament. Vendors also entered 2 teams of steers into the Teys Jindalee feedlot trail and came 6th & 10th out of 89 teams in 2023. Vendors select the high indexing sires from Dunoon, Crawford & Bongongo studs, focusing on 400/600 day growth, IMF & temperament. These steers are on the do and will continue to do so given the right opportunities, great steers to handle. Steers have had one shot of bolvilis and are ready to go. Buyers please note steers were assed on a very hot afternoon. Steers come highly recommended by assessor. For Any more information or questions please contact myself.
