CATTLE WORKED WELL THROUGH THE RACE AND CRUSH AND LOOKED EASY TO HANDLE IN THE PADDOCK AS THEY CAME INTO THE YARDS. 10 SHOWED SIGNS OF BEING A LITTLE AGITATED WHEN CONFINED IN THE CRUSH. SETTLED WELL WHEN RELEASED TO THE MOB.

STEERS WERE DRENCHED AND VACCINATED APPROX 7 WEEKS AGO AND ARE DOING WELL AT THE MOMENT AND WILL CONTINUE TO DO SO INTO THE FUTURE IF GIVEN THE OPPORTUNITY. RUNNING AS A CONTEMOPARY MOB FOR THE PAST 10 WEEKS STEERS ARE EASY TO HANDLE AND ARE IDEALLY SUITED TO GROW OUT TO FEEDLOT OR HEAVY DOMESTIC/EXPORT MARKETS. STEERS PRESENT IN GOOD FORWARD STORE CONDITION AND ARE SHAPING UP NICELY. NOTED 7 OUT WITH OLD PINKEYE SCARRING OF VARYING DEGREES IN 1 EYE ONLY. BUT NOTHING THAT EFFECTED THEIR VISION (NCD). LWR 320 - 379KG TO AVG 332KG AT ASSESSMENT. STEERS THAT HAVE HAD ALL THE HARD WORK DONE ON THEM AND ARE READY TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE SEASON.
