Very good temperament, Steers are extremely well educated and performed through the yards very well. Odd steer balked going into the weigh box or pushed forward in the race however with minimal pressure would move forward willingly. percentage mouthed did pull back on the headbail however would consider this normal behavior and not "Stirry". very calm as a mob through the larger yards.

Vendors "Dunluce Grazing" offering 3 decks of light feeder weight steers perfect to take through to heavy feeders or grass bullocks. vendors also has 3 other lots of steers in this sale.
Good moderate framed steers with plenty of room to hang kilos on, averaging 427.5kg full weight at assessment with the vast majority are in a very tight weight range. 100% weighed between 400-500kg with 58% 400-420kg, 27% 420-460kg and 15% 460-500kg (full weight at assessment).
20 mouthed 3 x 2 tooth balance milk tooth, a very even line of steers with little variation between top and tail.
mix of vendor bred and purchased steers of a similar quality that are ideal to take through to heavy feeders or grass bullocks. Good temperament and education will continue to perform on either grass or grain.
Well grown steers that are exceptionally well handled and have proven performers.

Part of our annual turn off of steers, these steers have performed very well averaging 0.7kg/day since weaning and or purchasing. Excellent temperament, and well educated steers ready to continue their journey onto bullocks.
