These steers are typical of pastoral bred cattle. They are a pleasure to handle in the paddock and lead out very nicely. When photographing in a small cooler they stood there very nicely and were very content. When pressured in the yards they can begin to stir however when released to mob they soon returned to calm state. There were was the odd steer that bailed up in the pound however all others flowed through pound and race very well. They are forward moving yet sensible.

Buyers on offer are a fantastic line of framey Brahman and Brahman cross steers. These steers are offered as a mob of 200, run out the gate. There is a 3 deck (120HD) lot and a 2 deck (80Hd) lot. These steers show excellent shape and style and will grow out to be a fantastic line of feeders. These steers have been running on dry pastures and given the opportunity on good feed they will power ahead. These steers would be ideal to stack away and put on Oats to be grown out to heavy feeder steers. Huge compensatory again is expected with the steers showing good frame and growth. A very small number of steers had inoculation lumps on necks from being vaccinated. No detriment to the steers at all. One steer had very small pimple on side of jaw. Very minor. Buyers these are a great run of steers that will go on to make outstanding feeders.
