Assessor Comments
An opportunity to purchase a line of light weight crossbred steers (+ 1 entire) in store condition with plenty of compensatory gain on offer. These steers have had all the hard work done with quality education and handling as well as all the desired traits to see them grow out into heavy weight domestic feeders. These steers are ideal to lock up over the wet season and will bounce ahead on some fresher feed given the opportunity. There is a number of steers with ring worm scaring present however this is considered not detrimental to their health and can be easily solved with a pesticide treatment. Please note there is a handful of steers in this lot that were cut at weaning. The vendor is only selling these cattle as they have missed recent rain events and need to sure up feed for breeding stock. Please note this vender has 2 lines of heifers in the same sale.
