Cattle where good to handle, Approx 5% became slightly agitated in the crush area under close pressure. Good to handle in the yards (pound draft). Stood calmly for photos. Mob has a good temperament and they settled down quickly after handling & weighing.

VENDOR BRED HGP FREE FLATBACK STEERS. A line of good quality ANGUS, BRANGUS & BRAHMAN cross 2021 branded steers. They will perform well & make excellent backgrounders. All the hard work is completed from processing, weaning handling & adapting to pasture. 10 months since weaning. Whilst the steers are in strong store condition there is ample growth to be achieved if moved to quality fattening pasture. All branded #1. Born in a controlled mated window with an age spread of 5 months from youngest to oldest. Sample mouthed where all milk tooth. Bred from a large herd of quality brahman cows producing a thick, soft, well muscled & good confirmation steers. A line of Black steers, approx 5 baldy. 1 vendor brand in lot. Generally good quiet temperament. These steers will grow into excellent feeder steers or pasture fattened steers.
