A neat 3 decks of principally Droughtmaster feeder heifers showing good growth and condition for their age. These Heifers were purchased in Queensland last June and July as very light cattle. They have been running on native pasture and some tropical grasses and are ready to power ahead on improved nutrition, either an Oats crop or Grain Ration. They are 14 to 15 months of age and a percentage are branded with a "0"and weighed 359kgs at assessment. They were assessed into a tight 70kg weight range. Most are red Droughtmasters with 15 showing some Charolais influence and 6 some Angus influence. They were easy to handle through the yards with a few becoming a little stirry in the crush.
