The heifers were easy to handle when penning up and drafting. They came through the pound quietly with the exception of a couple that didn't stand in the pound but were not aggressive. They worked up the race very easily and mostly stood well in the weigh box. There were exceptionally calm to walk through in the big yard and showed no sign of flight reactions.

Assessor Comments
These heifers present and excellent opportunity and offer big compensatory weight gain. They were the tail of the weaners and have been on light forest country as shown in their condition. They are renown performers and explode on good feed. Sired by Brangus, Charbray, Charolais, Droughtmaster and Simbrah bulls and from a herd with a strong droughtmaster influence they show little to no content and will suit the feeder market, grow out to slaughter weight or grow into future breeders. Handled extensively with horses, bikes and dogs and are all tidy around the head with a large %of poll in the mob. Pretreated with Dectomax injectable.
