Assessor Comments
A good run of the tops of weaned Angus steers with plenty of breeding behind them. The steers were weaned a month ago and have been running on forage sorghum ever since. Calves are fresh but have lost that bloom but should go ahead quickly on oats or grain. A grass fed declaration is available but some calves were treated with Orbenin eye ointment, these numbers are noted .Previous buyers have been very happy with the performance of this vendors cattle on grass or grain. Light Buffalo fly noted at assessment, calves show some dryness around eyes.
