144 QUALITY BRAHMAN & BRAHMAN CROSS BACKGROUNDER STEERS TO FIT ON 4 DECKS. AN OPPORTUNITY TO PURCHASE 144 STEERS WITH A PLENTY OF COMPENSATORY WEIGHT GAIN TO BE HAD, THAT ARE READY TO BOUND AHEAD ON GOOD FEED. A LINE OF VENDOR BRED STEERS WITH PLENTY OF FRAME, BONE & QUALITY TO GROW OUT ON EITHER GOOD PASTURE OR GRAIN. THEY ARE HGP TREATED. ALL STEERS WERE MOUTHED & ARE ALL MILK TOOTH STEERS. THE STEERS WEIGHED FROM 192KG TO 305KG & AVG 250KG AT ASSESSMENT AFTER 4 HOURS OFF FEED & WATER. THERE WERE 63 GREY, 67 RED, 11 BLACK, 1 BRINDEL & 2 HONEY IN COLOUR. STEERS WERE DONE WITH TICK GUARD DUO AT ASSESSMENT FOR EASE OF CLEARING. IT WAS NOTED THAT THERE WERE 5 STEERS WITH FLYBITE SCARING. PLEASE NOTE THAT DELIVERY FOR THESE STEERS IS AT SUGAR BAG YARDS 20KM SOUTH OF MT GARNET OR AT MAREEBA SALE YARDS. IF THE CATTLE ARE REQUIRED TO BE CLEARED IT CAN BE DONE SO HERE & THE VENDOR WILL COVER ALL EXPENSES.
