A GREAT OPPORTUNITY TO PURCHASE 4 DECKS OF VERY GOOD QUALITY BRAFORD, DROUGHTMASTER & BRAHMAN MIXED SEX WEANERS. THERE ARE 94 STEERS & 80 HEIFERS IN THE CONSIGNMENT. THEY HAVE JUST BEEN WEANED 4 DAYS AGO & ARE CURRENTLY BEING FEED WITH GOOD QUALITY RHODES GRASS & WILL BE WORKED UNTIL DELIVERY. THEY ARE OUT OF A GOOD QUALITY COW HERD WITH A MAJOR FOCUS ON POLLED GENETICS. THESE STEERS HAVE THE FRAME & QUALITY TO GROW OUT INTO FEEDER STEERS OR SLAUGHTER BULLOCKS ON GRASS OR GRAIN. THE HEIFERS WOULD SUIT GROWING INTO FEEDERS OR USE AS FUTURE BREEDERS. AT ASSESSMENT THE STEERS WEIGHED FROM 138KG TO 297KG & AVG 211KG AND THE HEIFERS WEIGHED FROM 139KG TO 291KG & AVG 195KG. IT WAS NOTED THAT ONE STEER HAD A FLUID SACK ON HIS NAVEL. THERE WERE 50 RED, 42 RED BALDY, 40 GREY, 17 BRINDLE BALDY, 12 BLACK BALDY, 6 BRINDLE, 5 BLACK & 2 SPECKLES. AT ASSESSMENT THE WEANERS WERE BACK LINED WITH BAYMEC POUR ON & WILL BE CLEARED ON FARM AT DELIVERY, WITH ALL COSTS TO BE COVERED BY THE VENDOR.
