Very good cattle to handle in yards with only a handful becoming agitated when mouthed in the crush. they settled quickly when returning to the mob.

A good line of 48 backgrounding heifers are on offer. They stand on good bone and are at the ideal weight to put away in a paddock to put the kilos on. They also have the quality to retain as future breeders as vendor has stated they have had no access to bulls. Heifers were very good to handle in the yards and showed no fuss when being moved from yard to yard. This comes down to a good proper yard weaning. It was noticed one heifer had a rub mark around one eye. Weight range 172kg to 340kg to average 242kg curfewed.
