A very good line of Charolais Angus Cross Steer Calves (NOTE BAY BROTHERS OF THE 25) Well bred from large framed angus cows crossed to large framed soft Challambi Charolais Bulls have produce another excellent run of weaners that would be ideal to grow out for the grass fed market or custom feeding. Average weight with 2 hour lock up of mum at 364KG. This group is very even with no bad eyes and very very good to handle. There is 2 Blacks, 1 Red and 3 Silvers in the group. Her eleven sons that have gone through the sale have consistently featured in our top pens. P303 is the most impressive cow in the flesh showing phenomenal capacity, consistent with Premier Guardian and the renowned Premier Jestress H66 cow in her paternal pedigree. Her eggs raised $5050 each by Rob and Tania Jarret in 2022 at the Molong Flood Charity Auction and we raised over $20,000 for flood victims in all.
