A nice line of well bred EU Angus heifers. These heifers are 13-14 months of age (August/September 2021 drop) and are sired by Birchgrove Angus bulls. The Hotson's have been selecting bulls with an emphasis on calving ease and high 400 day growth rates a must. These heifers are surplus to requirements and had a small tail removed at assessment. Given the limited handling these heifers have had in time & handled correctly these heifer should settle down and make quality breeder for the future. Weighing 385kg full at assessment these heifers are ready to take a bull of your choice to join for a spring calving next season. Alternatively these heifers would feed on, either on grass or grain to become heavy trade bodies for the domestic market. Buyers please note 3 heifers with warts on their necks, photo provided of the heifer carrying most warts.
