Calves are at the end of a week long weaning and have had daily interaction with humans being fed, watered and walked through numerous times a day. Considering it was their first time up the race and crush by themselves they were very well behaved. Well handled weaners out of a quiet cow herd.

Tray load of properly weaned, vendor bred Angus Steer weaners that are ideal little grass eaters that have the breeding and herd history to grow out into good trade or export bodies. Out of a well renowned herd that has a solid history of positive repeat buyer feedback. Calves were in the last process of being yard weaned on day of assessment and will be released from yards and running on improved pastures 3 days before auction date. There were 2 steers treated just after assessment for watery eyes & 3 steers had old pinkeye scarring but all had full sight out of the affected eye and would pass a feedlot inspection. Vendor also has 55 heavier steers same description in this sale. Grass fed only and antibiotic free a PCAS Non-Certified Supplier Declaration will available upon request
