Angus bulls have run exclusively in the program for 10 yrs, prior to this a Spry's Shorthorn bull was used in conjunction with Angus bulls. A small percentage of hfrs still show some Shorthorn characteristics and a tinge of brown through their coats

A/c Lancoona Partnership “Mayfield” offer as part of their dispersal 50 Angus Heifers and 2 Angus x Angus/Shorthorn Heifers. These heifers have years of quality breeding behind them with a big emphasis placed on phenotype and fertility and will complement or lift any commercial Angus herd. These quality unjoined females carry Jarobee, Anvil, Milwillah & Fernhill bloodlines, are 10 – 11 months of age, have been Yard Weaned and are grass fed only. You only have to look at their mothers on offer in the Eastern States sale to see the quality and potential these heifers have as future breeders. With a weight range of 274-336kgs to average 301kgs curfewed, one could only describe these heifers as being in genuine fresh store condition with plenty of frame and not an ounce of waste on them. Please note 2 heifers had old pink eye scarring in one eye only. Also note 5 heifers displayed white on udder.
