They had a tendency to run when put into the yards but settled after a while the odd one still remained a bit nervous and wanted to escape when pressure was applied. To be fair they had just been drafted off the cows and a fair portion trucked in from the vendors other two properties then assessed. Note Checked them in the yards this morning and they have settled well 3 days into the weaning.

Tidy line of well bred Heifers in fresh condition that are on the move and will continue to go forward, this is the lead of 92 heifers and none have been retained in herd. They have been yard weaned since assessment and will remain on quality hay and water for 5 days. Heifers will be then put on good green improved pasture until delivery. Heifers that have the bone, muscle and breeding to grow into ideal breeding cows or alternatively grow out on grain or grass. there is another lot of Steers from this breeder also in this sale. Note the photos are of both lots combined , yard space restricted being videoed individually, there is one speckled weaner that appears in the photos courtesy of a neighbour's bull that has been taken out.
