Lyndoch Park, Casterton, Vic will offer 58 Friesian Steers 8 -10 months, A line of steers that have exceeded the vendors expectations with their performance having gained 1.3kgs a day over last 50 days, They are a pleasure to handle. A real opportunity to make money in the current cattle market. Steers will present very fresh in healthy store condition, they were weighed from 142 - 269kgs to ave 201.7kgs, all the work is done with these steers, they are really starting to flourish on the quality feed they are grazing. Steers were all purchased on the proviso that they were all bred from large frame European Friesian cows. Majority of these steers have some degree of ring worm, although looks to be passing with hair starting to grow through, they were castrated 4 weeks ago with testicles still in process of falling off. 1 steer with old photosynthesis scab on back, 1 treated with pink eye at assessment, will be removed if not heeled by delivery, 1 with tennis ball abscess on neck.
