Angus steers that are on agistment from Tasmania, arrived mid February and have done extra well. It’s well documented how tough seasonal conditions are in Tasmania and these steers were showing the effects on arrival. I’d describe them as being good medium frame and in fresh condition. A large number of Fingal steers come to the mainland and are sold direct to feedlots, so have a solid reputation.
