**Selling c/kg only, delivered Barnawartha or 300 kms inland from Melbourne after a 15 hour curfew (Vendor to pay freight to these points)** Any Tasmanian Buyers will receive a $80/hd discount on cattle as sale will revert to an on-property sale. 69 well bred Angus & Angus X feeder Steers, 21-22 months, weighed from 470-570kg to avg 505kg after 5% curfew and weight gain. Excellent run of heavy feeder steers situated at Trowutta in Tasmania. Steers are quiet and excellent to handle. Please note 3 steers had a mild cloudy eye - vision was still very good. Hodge's Transport to handle freight from Tasmania to Victoria, if delivered to Shanahan's Feed-yard at Barnawartha, Shanahan's Transport is available to handle freight from there on. Feed charge of $3/day/hd will apply to Buyer at Shanahan's. I recommend steers get spelled for 24-48 hours if travelling further into the North. # Tasmanian buyers please note of the discounts per head if cattle are purchased on farm #

Angus Steers were purchased ex. 'Old Boobyalla' Waterhouse TAS as weaner's in 2019, all black baldy steers were either vendor bred or bought from the Broad Family in South Australia

Angus Steers are Hughes Cluden Newry (top Tasmanian genetics), the bloodlines on the South Australian steers is unknown.

Clover and rye grass pastures in excellent condition, also supplementary fed silage as well. Steers all receive Cobalt Life & Selenium as well as Coppernate on induction at Pistol Plains. Steers are extremely healthy and ideal to feed on.

Excellent opportunity to buy a Bdouble load of feeder steers in forward to fresh condition. Steers are a pleasure to handle, all steers quiet and trained to a hot-wire in paddocks. Steers have had access Copper, Cobalt & Selenium supplements.

JMH Smith to pay freight and shipping from Tasmania to Barnawartha or 300kms into Victoria, buyer to pay freight from that point onwards, Hodge Transport will be used for freight from Tasmania to mainland and Shanahan's available from there onwards.

Steers will receive a 15 hour overnight curfew on farm at Trowutta (Smithton) Tasmania, then weighed on registered weighbridge at Burine (Port) prior to boarding ship before crossing Bass Straight. No curfews applied, nett weight is pay weight.
